Think all that orange and black is for Halloween? Think again! It’s World Series week and our beloved SF Giants have made it to the final games! But as excited as we are about baseball, this is a legal podcast, and we have to admit that the flying bats and balls and the excitement of the crowd have us thinking about liability and sports-induced personal injury. Sorry, we can’t help it.

We talk to Chicago-based personal injury lawyer Steve Levin about assumption of risk for athletes and spectators alike, and whip out our World Series tickets to do some legal sleuthing. This episode, it’s Charley’s turn to make a terrible pun.
